Centrus Park is a 10 level residential building housing 70 apartments at an affordable price. Buyers could choose from a range of floor plans and configurations. Features of the development included modern interiors, elegant finishes and quality appliances. At the heart of the complex is a private, tranquil and secure communal garden for all residents to enjoy. Located in Eight Mile Plains on Brisbane’s south side, the apartments are within close proximity to a range of amenities, entertainment and recreational facilities.
The graphical elements and colour palette of the brand Veva created was based on one of the development’s features – the communal botanical garden. This was a really unique selling point and one that no other complex was promoting. The choice of colours applied in a gradient in combination with layered transparent botanical leaf shapes evokes a feeling of serenity and relaxation. The colours used in their solid states work well in contrast to the blend for eye catching elements in the sales, advertising and promotion.
Sales commenced off-the-plan so imagery was a mix of 3D renders and lifestyle images. Each lifestyle image specifically chosen to resonate with the target market and portray the kind of life that would be experienced by living at Centrus Park.
